Since 2011 I have been the sole engineer behind Ultrace, an international automotive event brand: ticketing, a driver registration platform, marketing data pipelines and internal tools. Since 2025 AI agents write most of my code. I scope, design and review; tests and CI decide what ships. I also build agents for the business.

  1. Daily ad report written by Claude

    A Python pipeline pulls Meta Ads data for the ticket campaigns every weekday morning. Claude reads it next to the last seven reports and the change log, checks whether its previous advice was followed, and posts the analysis to Discord.

  2. Parallel audit agents

    Four read-only agents (UX, Meta, Google, SEO) audit an online store at the same time. One skill merges their findings into a single action plan ranked by revenue impact.

    14 tools built into our in-house email platform: campaigns, segments, contacts, imports, consent and suppression, all callable from Claude.

  1. 2011 – now

    Ultrace

    Chief Technology Officer

    International automotive event brand with editions in Wrocław, Gdańsk and Düsseldorf. I chose, built or integrated every system it runs on.

    • Driver registration platform owned end to end: Laravel 13, Inertia, Vue 3, Stripe with idempotent webhooks, queues, Nightwatch. Upgraded across four Laravel majors
    • Server-side Meta Conversions API on Cloudflare Workers and D1; daily Meta and Google Ads pipelines for the Polish and German editions
    • Ticketing on vivenu; internal tools for event photos and sponsor galleries, media accreditation and email campaigns
  2. 2025 – now

    Frontline Car Cosmetics

    Co-Owner, E-commerce & Technology

    Car care brand selling direct to consumers. I own the store, its integrations and paid acquisition, including server-side click-id attribution feeding Meta CAPI and Google Ads offline conversions.
